Bilster Berg Drive Resort

Built at the site of a former ammunition depot of the British Rhine Army,
Bilster Berg today is the most exclusive and extraordinary test and presentation
circuit in Germany. Located in a scenic park as a Drive Resort, the 84 hectares
facility provides the atmosphere of an automotive country club. With
contribution by legendary rally driver Walter Röhrl, renowned architects Tilke
in Aachen planned a 4.2 kilometres long demanding natural circuit that adapts to
the natural topography. The lay-out of the track, different ideal lines, a crest
and a total difference in altitude of 70 metres provide a continuous challenge
for the drivers. The "Mausefalle" section, with a 26 percent drop, followed by
an incline of 20 percent, is like a mix of the Corkscrew corner at Laguna Seca
and Eau Rouge at Spa-Francorchamps. Construction has started, the opening of the
facility is scheduled for the summer of 2012.

Track
The track can be divided into a smaller 1.8 km long Western Loop and the 2.4 km
long Eastern Loop. The average width of the circuit is 11 m, the high safety
level is similar to the FIA "Grade 2" standard. Several links between the track
and the service and emergency roads facilitate sectional trainings. The longer
Eastern Loop includes two pit lanes to the left and right-hand side of the main
straight.

Dynamic driving patch
The approx. 200 m long dynamic driving patch is perfectly suited for classic
driver trainings. It is irrigatable and equipped with asphalt surfaces with
varying friction rates and a skid pad.

SUV area
The SUV area includes a 900 m long traced off-road trail and a 4 hectares large
natural forest area that can be used for off-road driving. Cars can be serviced
and presented in the SUV centre.

Eastern Loop terrace
The Eastern Loop terrace is the heart of the facility. Facilities include a
fully-equipped restaurant with a terrace that provides full view of the pit
lanes and the main straight. Additionally, the building includes seminar and
office rooms and the track control centre with time-keeping and technology.

Clubhouse
The clubhouse is available to the Bilster Berg Drive Resort's shareholders. It
includes a lounge, a catering area and provides private access to the track. The
clubhouse can be rented for events.
